Coralia Bueno Muiño, del servicio de Oncología, ha participado en el trabajo “Correlation between breast cancer subtypes determined by immunohistochemistry and n-COUNTER PAM50 assay: a real-world study“, publicado en la revista Breast cancer research and treatment.
Este trabajo determina la precisión de técnicas de inmunohistoquímica local (IHC) para clasificar tumores HR positivos/HER2 negativos (HR+/HER2-) según subtipos intrínsecos utilizando el ensayo nCOUNTER PAM50 como referencia y la definición de estado HR según las recomendaciones ASCO/CAP.
